Finesse is Basma and Mazen — a warm, family-run dry cleaner that Thames Ditton has trusted for years, tucked into Criterion Buildings on Portsmouth Road. Basma is a master tailor, so this isn't just a cleaner: it's real craft with a needle, done in-house by the people who greet you at the counter.
That's what makes them special. Beautiful dry cleaning and pressing, yes — but also alterations and repairs, wedding dresses, curtains and soft furnishings, and bespoke covers made to measure. As their customers love to say, no job is too big or too small — Basma has even mended boat covers.
